• Distribution: August 11, 2015, 5:30 pm to 8 pm; Only registered participants are guaranteed supplies. Those who do not register can show up day-of and put their name on a waiting list for extra supplies.

• Registration: Register by phone at 952-933-3860 or by walk in; August 10-14, 2015.

• Intake Details: Head of household must provide a photo ID and either a current utility bill or piece of business mail sent within the past 30 days. Must provide ID for each child, such as a school ID, medical insurance card or Social Security card.

• Distribution Date: August 24 - 29, 2015; appointment is made at time of registration.

STEP - St. Louis Park Emergency Program

• Eligibility: Children living in St. Louis Park entering grades K-12.

• Registration: July 6 - August 13, 2015. Households can register during their regular food appointments or during the following walk-in times:

- Must live in Bloomington, Edina, Richfield or South Minneapolis (south of 50th Street and west of Cedar Avenue).
- Children entering grades K - 12 that live in the household.
- Children must be 5 years old by September 1, 2015 and no older than 18 years of age
- Household must be in financial need.
- Does not serve children in Headstart, Preschool, KinderPrep, Pre-K, or College and Alternative Schools.

• Intake Details: Head of Household must bring a photo ID and either a piece of official business mail addressed to Head of Household postmarked within the last 60 days of their appointment date, a utility or medical bill, a bank statement, or a piece of government correspondence. No personal mail.

- For children: Must bring original copy of piece of identification showing the date of birth for each child. This includes a birth certificate, medical or vaccination records, a passport, or document from school. No copies are accepted.
